نوع و مشخصات;
پودر جوشکاری زیرپودری AMA AP125 از نوع فلوراید قلیایی آگلومره ‌شده‌ می‌باشد که برای جوشکاری فولادهای ساختمانی مورد استفاده قرار می‌گیرد.
در جوشکاری با این پودر مقدار اندکی سیلیسیم و منگنز جذب فلز جوش می‌گردد. مقاومت به ضربه فلز جوش در دماهای پایین خوب می‌باشد.
گرده فلز جوش یکنواخت و بدون بریدگی کناره جوش می‌باشد و جدا شدن سرباره به‌خوبی صورت می‌گیرد.

 این پودر را می‌توان با جریان +DC و یا AC تا 1200 آمپر (به‌صورت تک‌ سیمه) به‌کاربرد.

• پودر مرطوب را باید در دمای 300 تا 350 درجه سانتیگراد مجدداً خشک نمود.
• دانه‌بندی این پودر مطابق با استاندارد DIN 32 522:2–20 می‌باشد.
