نوع و مشخصات;

پودر جوشکاری زیرپودری AMA-OP176 از نوع منگنز سیلیکاتی آگلومره شده می‌باشد که عمدتاً برای لوله‌سازی مورد استفاده قرار می‌گیرد. به علت قابلیت جذب بالای سیلیسیم و منگنز این پودر توسط فلزجوش، می‌توان آن را با سیم‌جوشهای حاوی منگنز کم یا متوسط نظیر 50-11، 50-12 و 50-14 بکار برد.

پودرجوشکاری AMA-OP176 برای جوشکاری سریع با فرآیند جوشکاری دوطرفه در یک پاس در جوشکاری طولی لوله‌های قطور و جوشکاری لوله‌های حلزونی با جداره نازک مناسب می‌باشد.

·         این پودر را می‌توان با جریان +DC و یا AC مورد استفاده قرارداد.

·         پودر مرطوب را باید در دمای 300 تا 350 درجه سانتیگراد مجدداً خشک نمود.
